Before we make your complex shape we start with the microstructure.

In order for our products to survive in the demanding environments of our customers, we must begin with the microstructure of the ceramic.  This means controlling the pore volume, from highly porous to fully dense.  It also requires us to control the mean pore size, as well as the particle packing.

Once we have established the microstructure, we proceed to forming.  With our forming technology we can produce your part to near net shape. That means little to no machining is required.  This allows us to do rapid prototyping, with minimal setup costs.  It also allows us to scale up to production much faster.
